Dice Heist City is built privacy-first. Your game progress stays on your device. We do not run servers, we do not use analytics or advertising, and we never sell or share your information. This policy explains exactly what the app handles and how.
All of the above is stored only on your device, in the app's local storage. None of it is transmitted to us or to any third party, because Dice Heist City has no backend server and no account system.
Dice Heist City contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. It does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA) and does not track you across other apps or websites, so it never asks for App Tracking Transparency permission.
Dice Heist City has no sign-up or login. We do not create an account for you or collect an email address.
The dice in Dice Heist City are a game mechanic played entirely with in-game items. There is no real-money wagering, no cash prizes, and nothing to win or lose outside the game.
Dice Heist City offers optional in-app purchases (such as extra dice, a lives refill, and powerup kits). Payments are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store — we never see or store your payment details, and purchases are governed by Apple's terms and privacy policy. Purchased items are granted on your device; we do not collect or transmit your purchase history.
Deleting the Dice Heist City app removes all of its local data from your device. You can also reset your progress at any time from the in-game menu.
Dice Heist City is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
